Lost / Damaged / Stolen Items


956bordershop cannot be held responsible for products that are stolen, damaged, or lost after the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control, and under the responsibility of the mail carrier. We inspect and package each order with proper supplies to ensure Top Quality Products. All claims must be filed by you (we will help) with the delivery service when the package is marked delivered by delivery service. (All packages come insured by the carrier).

 956bordershop will not honor any claims for items marked delivered by the delivery company.  956bordershop will assist you with claims for packages that are lost by the delivery company but cannot be held responsible for delivery which is not controlled by us. During transit, some of your items may Break - this is just the nature of shipping and cannot be controlled by us. We are not responsible for Broken products. All packages come Insured and Claims must be made with the Mail Carrier. 956bordershop will not be able to Refund you for products where you provided us an incorrect mailing address or where the package is returned to us marked address unknown or package unclaimed. Please be sure to send package where you know you will be able to accept delivery (at your office or home where a household member will be able to accept). Make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. Consider adding United States Postal Service Signature Conformation for the added protection.
